• The AHRMM meeting next year will be in San Diego – what does the association want to do about our meeting.
• What support will we get from the vendors to sponsor our meeting or we will want sponsors for our group to send to the AHRMM meeting
• Vendor requirements
• Bring at least 2 new attendees
• Free booth if ___________________
• I would like to work toward getting chapter of the year award in San Diego
• If we plan to build the assoc we will need to get outside resources
• Should we ask Ray Moore to talk about WSHMM progress
• Use of CA Hospital Assoc for support – WSHMM and Kansas

Help/assistance needed:

• Web site development is critical
• Link to AHRMM website available

Do we want to do 2 golf tournaments to raise money for scholarships one in the north and one in the south – who would like to spear had this?

• We need to review our ladder from sec to vp to pres
• Build membership committee to help with succession
• Newsletter - committee
• We can charge for ad space in the newsletter to offset the costs
