Vendor Sponsorship Opportunities

In order for our conference to be successful for both the attendees and the vendors, CAHPMM strives to keep the cost of the conference to a minimum for the attendees.

One way for us to keep the costs down is by vendor sponsorship of the functions. I, Jean Sargent, CAHPMM President, would like to invite you to sponsor one of the following, for our meeting this year:

Continental Breakfast, Thursday, October 24^th approximately $500

Lunch, Thursday, October 24th approximately $1,000

Welcome Reception, Thursday, October 24^th approximately $1,200

Continental Breakfast, w/Vendor exhibit, Friday, October 25^th approximately $ 800

Awards Banquet, Friday, October 25^th approximately $4,000

Breakfast, Saturday, October 26^th approximately $ 600

Keynote Speaker

Attendee Registration, $150 per registration ( for Materials Managers that may not be allowed to attend without sponsorship)

Door Prizes
