About Us


The California Association of Healthcare Purchasing and Material Management (CAHPMM) is a chapter of the Association for Healthcare Resource & Material Management (AHRMM), a division of the American Hospital Association.  CAHPMM was established in 1973.

CAHPMM is a membership group for healthcare supply chain professionals located in the western states area.  CAHPMM strives to provide affordable education, information and resources necessary for its members to remain at the top of their field and consistently add value to their organizations.

Participation is open to all individuals involved in the materials functions of healthcare facilities, or who are active in the healthcare materials supply chain, including hospital and/or clinic staff, manufacturers, vendors, distributors, and group purchasing organizations.

CAHPMM holds an Annual Conference every fall.  The conference educates attendees on the latest technology, legislative issues, best practices, and cost savings ideas, in addition to providing an opportunity to network with peers.
